Ticket support
Get a secure link
Enter the email used at checkout. If eligible orders exist, we will send new secure recovery links only to the original buyer email.
No email or an expired link?
Check spam and the email address used at checkout. Allow a few minutes before requesting again. A recovery link expires one hour after the request; request a new one here. For multiple eligible orders, you may receive separate emails. If you no longer have access to that inbox, support can help investigate but cannot reveal an order from an email address alone.
QR code missing or not scanning?
Open the pass from your secure order page, allow it to finish loading and increase screen brightness. Use the latest pass instead of an old screenshot. Check the event and entry time. If it still fails at the venue, ask the entry team to check your pass.
Ticket transferred, already used or unavailable?
A transferred ticket belongs to its new holder; the original QR code no longer grants entry. Resending an email does not undo a transfer, refund or admission. Check the status on the secure order page. If an already-used message is unexpected, ask the entry team.
Payment or refund question?
Your secure order page shows the current payment and refund status and any available refund action. If payment was received but tickets are being prepared, reopen the page after a few minutes. Do not pay again just because an email is missing. A refund shown as processing is not yet confirmed. Contact the organizer for refund decisions or an unresolved payment issue.
Bought through another ticket provider?
Use the provider named in your purchase confirmation. NOCTRA can only recover orders delivered through its own ticket email flow. For guest-list or complimentary passes, contact the person who issued the pass.
I still need support
Tell us the event, what happened and any non-secret order reference. Never include your secure link, QR code or card details. For entry or refund decisions, contact the organizer named in your confirmation email.
